Welcome to Kocljevina - our eco-social farm, where sustainable farming and social responsibility are intertwined. We are located on the outskirts of the village of Prosenjakovec, just before the border with Hungary, and we are proud to present you our large garden, where we grow organic vegetables with our heart and create a variety of ingredients. Our mission is not only to care for nature, but also to involve vulnerable social groups in the work on the farm. KOCLJEV GARDEN
The story of Kocljevina is about the transformation of a once abandoned and forgotten guardhouse, called "Karavla", into a vibrant eco-social farm, which today bears the name Kocljevina. The origins date back to 2015, when we decided to renovate an abandoned transit home for foreigners and transform it into an authentic organic farm.
Our farm is not only a place where we grow herbs and organic vegetables, it is also home to many animals that contribute to the diversity of our environment. We are also committed to employing vulnerable groups in society, which means that at Kocljevina we are not only producing sustainable produce, but also building a community based on mutual respect and solidarity.
From the very beginning, at Kocljevina, we believed in the importance of sustainable living and social responsibility. In cooperation with the municipality of Moravske Toplice, we got the opportunity to revive a space that had been inactive for a long time. With perseverance, dedication and love for nature, we have gradually transformed Kocljevina into a place where organic farming, social inclusion and love for a sustainable lifestyle come together.
